The world was rocked this week with the horrendous earthquake in Haiti. The images on TV are almost unbearable. As I watched the news coverage of this nation's plight I couldn't help but wonder, "Why am I so blessed?" I admit that I take a lot for granted, or at least I have in the past. I am aware in a new way how blessed I am. But why? And . . . why me? The Scripture tells us in several places...
